KCT-8C two-axis high-speed CNC spring winding machine, referred to as type 8 machine (also known as type 08 spring machine or electric 08 machine), processing wire diameter φ0.15-0.8mm, suitable for processing various precision pressure springs, simple torsion springs and pull springs and other spring products, such as compression springs, tower springs, nozzle springs, battery springs, electronic springs, keyboard springs, toy springs, magazine springs, lighting springs, oil seal springs, probe springs, gastroscope springs and precision springs, etc.

Our KCT-8C computerized spring press machine is composed of Taiwan computer control system, Sanyo servo motor and imported high-precision bearing, etc., with left and right rotary tool holders and torsion spring devices (to be ordered separately). The standard configuration of this model is 2 axes, that is, the feeding Y axis and the cam X axis, which can be operated independently or synchronously, with the characteristics of fast production speed, accurate operation accuracy, stable processing performance and low noise. In addition, the computer system of our KCT-8C computer spring press machine has memory storage function, up to 1000 stored programs, and the editable human-computer interactive interface can easily realize the rapid input and output of programs, making manual debugging more convenient.
