KCT-826 eight-axis CNC high-speed spring coiling machine, referred to as 8-axis 26-type spring pressing machine, is a new eight-axis computerized spring press machine successfully developed and introduced to the market in 2013 by our R&D personnel on the basis of 26-type spring press machine and combined with multi-axis technology, processing wire diameter φ1.0-3.0mm, suitable for processing various precision pressure springs and wire forming and other spring products, such as compression springs, tower springs, tapered springs, medium convex/concave springs, battery springs, magazine springs, simple torsion springs and pull springs, etc.

Our KCT-826 eight-axis CNC spring winding machine adopts Taiwan (Yitu) control system, quoting Japanese Yaskawa (Yaskawa Servo Motor) servo motor and high-precision bearing, etc., this model (826 type spring pressing machine) is equipped with 8 axes as standard, and each axis can be operated independently or synchronously, with the characteristics of fast forming speed, stable performance and high accuracy. In addition, our design team has made major reforms to the spring machine in terms of innovation and improvement, truly realizing the human-machine dialogue, with one-minute spring forming, and striving to minimize noise and pursue easier model operation under the condition of ensuring speed, accuracy and performance. At the same time, this model can realize different angle cutting functions such as straight cut, half-cut and pendulum cut.
