KCT-20B three/four-axis CNC universal spring forming machine, referred to as 20 type spring machine (or 20 type computer machine/20 type universal machine), processing wire diameter φ0.2-2.5mm, suitable for processing various precision pressure springs, tower springs, single/double torsion springs, pull springs, flat wire springs, special-shaped springs and complex wire forming and other products, such as battery springs, toy springs, lighting springs, clip springs, brake springs, lock hoop springs and scroll springs, etc.

The KCT-20B three/four-axis CNC universal spring forming machine adopts Taiwan (Yitu) control system, the reference of Japan Sanyo (Sanyo Servo Motor) servo motor and high-precision bearing, etc., the model has a total of four axes, namely camshaft, feed shaft, mandrel shaft and crimp shaft (ordered), the system through CNC program code, respectively to control the wire feed and cam drive system synchronously, can achieve 24 hours of accurate operation. In addition, since our spring machine equipment is controlled by high-precision servo motors and computers, it is easy to produce spring products with precise dimensions and complex angles by combining servo crimping axes.
