KCT-35W three/four-axis CNC universal spring forming machine adopts Taiwan (Yitu) control system, using Japanese Sanyo (Sanyo Servo Motor) servo motor and high-precision bearing, etc., the model has a total of four axes, namely camshaft, feed shaft, mandrel shaft and crimp shaft (ordered), the system through CNC program code, respectively to control the wire feed and cam drive system synchronously, can achieve 24 hours of accurate operation. In addition, since our spring machine equipment is controlled by high-precision servo motors and computers, it is easy to produce spring products with precise dimensions and complex angles by combining servo crimping axes.
