1, the system power controller suggested "disconnection alarm":
1) please check the wire frame is open or reset, if there is no connection line disconnection alarm signal, please put the wiring board EINO (line connected to the GND port).
2) please check the switch power supply 24V output is normal, with I/O plate connection is normal.
2, the system power controller suggested "servo system fault", please check the servo line connection and servo driver display is normal, if there is alarm instructions please refer to exclude servo alarm. Such as servo no alarm, alarm level and the parameters of controller check servo alarm level 3 consistency.
3, using the handwheel rocking shaft of the motor, controller display coordinate changes, motor shaft does not exercise.
1) check the controller to control line between servo driver is connected.
2) please check whether the drive is powered on or alarm, servo parameter settings is normal.
4, according to "zero", suggesting that "X back to the origin of the fault, please confirm the origin signal are normal".
1) please check the motor movement is normal, can be hand wheel to rotate the X axis, X axis coordinate moving 360 degrees, which corresponds to the X axis has no rotation a week. If not please check whether there is mechanical slipping or re calculation of electronic gear ratio.
2) please check diagnosis picture origin signal input is normal.
5, in the process of "winding alarm" or "running line alarm", please check the wire frame is in a tight alarm position, whether the touch sense wire run line induction device.
6, a probe, cannot detect probe.
1) the probe with programming probe port inconsistencies, please test the port reset probe no..
2) probe did not respond, please check the line. If the shell and the switch power supply is not connected or probe line.
7, high speed machining, the product dimension change is big, the X axis and Y axis servo with not enough, please refer to the manual adjustment of X axis and Y axis servo rigidity to the best state.
8, processing spool appeared again send phenomenon, servo rigidity is too small, please refer to the instructions to send the spool servo servo rigidity change big be.
9, add to send the spool down line phenomenon, servo rigidity is too big, please refer to the instructions to send the spool servo servo rigidity can be changed little.
10, processing or stop state, a shaft "buzz" sound, the servo rigidity is too big, please refer to the instructions to a servo rigidity servo can be changed little.
