Description:
KCT-1240WZ CNC spring forming machine is a twelve axis without cam CNC spring line forming machine, its standard production line diameter of 1.2-4.0mm, mainly applicable to the production of various specifications of the spring and the molding products, such as spring, torsion spring, spring scroll, tower spring, flat wire springs and other highly profiled spring. KCT-1240WZ universal computer spring machine adopt Taiwan JingWei microcomputer NC system and Japan Yaskawa servo motor, the use of the unique non cam and rocker design tool free, independent control consists of eight sets of servo motor, knife 8 axis, 1 axis, send spool rotating core 1 axis, 1 axis and 1 transgenic lines curled shaft. The system is composed of a crank connecting rod forming system, wire feeding and wire transfer systems, wire straightening system and turn the core system. The machine can be equipped with hydraulic scissors cutting device, small noise, the mandrel and machine damage is zero. Greatly increased the processing range, precision machine spring, fast, stable production.
